Shipping policy

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Free shipping on all international orders over IDR 3.500.000 / $200 USD 
  • All international orders are shipped express from Bali, Indonesia. 
  • Your order will be shipped the next day and estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • During holidays or to remote areas, delivery may take longer than usual.
  • To ensure smooth delivery, please include a local phone number with your order.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be edited or cancelled.
  • If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact your local delivery office as soon as possible.
  • Please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and email details before placing your order. Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, especially if you are away. Lisandra does not accept undelivered shipments or 'Return to Sender' shipments back to Bali due to complicated Indonesian import regulations. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING IN INDONESIA

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders within Indonesia, using local post.
  • Simply add your local address to the shipping address field for automatic free shipping. Please use a WhatsApp contact number on your order.
  • Gojek delivery available in Bali upon request, please contact us on WhatsApp at +62 823 4189 2057.

IMPORT DUTIES

  • Customers are responsible for customs or import duty fees incurred. These are not included at checkout or in our shipping, these fees vary by country and are out of our control.
  • US or AUS customers will not have any extra charges or fees for orders under $800 USD.

LOST/STOLEN SHIPMENTS

  • In the rare event that your parcel is lost or stolen, please reach out directly to the the courier and they will open a case investigation.   
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen parcels that were delivered while you were at work or on vacation. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
  • No refunds or store credits will be issued for lost or stolen items.
